Cooked sheep’s heads are a common food in Langa Township.  This woman is an entrepreneur who receives and pre-cooks the sheeps heads for sale.  The wool on the head burns off over a low wood fire.  The heads are then wrapped in cheesecloth (or other material) and ready to be sold.
