For me, there’s nothing quite so cathartic as sitting staring off over a body of water. The sea, the ocean, even the Seine River can calm and relax me like nothing else can. Water is my catharsis. What’s your’s?

Thanks for visiting my blog Paul. It was my first time to this part of Italy but I have to agree with you – Parco Olivelli was beautiful, particularly on the lovely spring day we were there. The entire area is quite spectacular, I can’t wait to go back!
