This street art can be seen all over Paris but is particularly prolific on this little street in the heart of the 10th Arr.  The creation of Franco-Columbian street artist Franco Vejarano, Chanoir characters come in all sizes, shapes, colours and races: “they are all free and equal”. Chanoir can be found around the world so keep your eyes open – I know I’ve seen some in downtown Toronto, Canada.  In 2012 Chanoir characters even appeared on Samsung cell phone cases.
